Rachel Stone2023-09-20***2023 Update: This place has been my sanctuary and peace for 3+ years. I am not being paid or incentivized in any way to write this review. I was so sad to move out. The only reason I am moving is because I no longer work on the area. Maintenance fixes my maintenance issues within 24-hours (business days). And yes, sometimes the gate breaks due to weather, but the leasing office ALWAYS tries to accommodate its residents in a reasonable manner. And I have ALWAYS felt safe at The Dylan. I have never had a package stolen from the mailroom (and I’m an avid online shopper. Haha). But truly, I will miss this place sooo much and the ONLY reason I’m moving is to be closer to my job. The only issue I had was noise coming from people at the pool, which if I turn my TV on or played light music in my home, I couldn’t hear anything. After quiet hours, I didn’t hear them at all. ***2020 Review The amenities and people are amazing! I love my island and updated appliances. Rashard answered all of my questions. If you’re on the fence, just do it! Everything is soooo beautiful and peaceful. They also hold social events monthly.

Also Maintenance response time is awesome. I submitted a work order and Luis came with victor and Quincy to fix it within two hours you guys are the best!! I also like the how clean the dog park area is and their wash station. Me and my dog Tod loves it here
